Join our team and help our customers work with our software products efficiently and satisfactorily, both by phone and in writing. We will provide you with comprehensive and individual coaching to familiarize you with our software products and our customers' processes (craft and manufacturing businesses).

Internal Application Consultant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Processing customer inquiries by phone, email, and remote maintenance in second-level support
Online training for our software products
Application and organizational consulting in the area of "digitization in the skilled trades"
Adapting the software to customer-specific processes
Communicating with our development team as part of third-level support
Professional development of new colleagues
Technical support for internal and external customers

What we expect from you:

Completed technical or commercial training or comparable work experience
Interest in processes in skilled trades and manufacturing companies
Good communication skills in German and basic English language skills
Service- and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work independently
