Internal Audit Manager | Germany | Remote

We are partnering with a global electronics and manufacturing powerhouse to hire a sox and internal audit manager based in Germany. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a Fortune 500 business with operations in more than 40 countries and a long track record of growth, innovation and stability.

You will play a key role in a high-performing global audit team, working closely with senior leadership and gaining exposure across a complex international business. The role offers strong career progression, hybrid working and the chance to influence how audit adds value to the organisation.

Responsibilities

• lead sox, operational and financial audits across european operations
• support the review of group financial reporting and sec filings
• identify financial and operational risks and strengthen internal controls
• present audit findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• mentor and develop members of the internal audit team

What we are looking for

• 8+ years experience in audit, ideally within public accounting
• strong knowledge of us gaap and sox compliance
• experience leading audits and managing team members
• strong communication and analytical skills
