Internal Sales Engineer(m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Sales and distribution of our Products
• Support of existing regular customers
• Building new customer relationships
• Timely recognition of business transactions and support of customers
• Technical customer advice and support primarily online via web and or telephone
• Support and participation in events and trade fairs

Qualifications

• Electrical, electrotechnical and mechanical knowledge through a completed apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• PLC knowledge
• Technical field service support
• Strong service orientation, especially in customer service
• Confident handling of the MS Office package
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English, especially in the area of report writing
• Sense of responsibility, communication skills, independent working style, organizational strength and resilience
• Friendly interactions with people and team-oriented work complete your profile
