you are the first point of contact for our customers and support the branch manager and service technician in all commercial and organisational tasks

you will be responsible for scheduling and route planning, ordering office supplies, maintaining master data and managing the branch's inventory with enthusiasm

you handle our rental business independently, hand over the machines and provide safety instructions directly to the customer

you love customer contact and are not afraid of telephone sales, application and product consultations with customers

you clarify technical questions with the headquarters and prepare quotations

completed commercial or technical training

several years of experience in administration and sales support, ideally in a technical environment

technically skilful, interested in technology and good IT user skills
