(Internal) SAP Project Manager - S/4HANA Transformation specialist

HRIT People is currently supporting a global manufacturing organisation (Customer-Side / NOT CONSULTING) in its ongoing major international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

They are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead global rollout initiatives across the organisation and play a key role in shaping the future digital landscape of the business. The Role

You will take ownership of international SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple countries and business units. Key responsibilities include:

Planning, managing and delivering global SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout projects Leading and coordinating international teams across IT, business units and external partners Optimising and adapting business processes during transformation initiatives Identifying and mitigating project risks across complex global programmes Providing regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and the CIO

What They Are Looking For Proven experience leading complex SAP S/4HANA implementation projects Strong knowledge of SAP ERP ECC, S/4HANA and cloud technologies Broad integration knowledge across SAP landscapes Experience managing international teams and stakeholders Excellent project management and coordination skills Fluent English and German Willingness to travel internationally when required Experience from consulting environments or capital goods or manufacturing sectors is particularly valuable.
