The International Distribution Sales Manager will drive business via distribution partners in the area of responsibility. The candidate will be responsible for the execution of the sales strategy, to drive profitable growth over the complete SPIGGLE & THEIS product portfolio and to build effective relationships with existing as well as new distribution partners and international KOLs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales strategies as well as tactics to deliver profitable revenue growth with distribution partners in the assigned territory
  • Support the budgeting process and be accountable for the company’s sales targets in the territory
  • Develop business plans with the goal to increase business growth and profitability at all distributors within the region of responsibility
  • Support the positioning of SPIGGLE & THEIS as a leading brand for ENT medical products
  • Create market transparency, focusing on priority products in the SPIGGLE & THEIS product portfolio
  • Drive and monitor all sales activities, also dealing with any issues that may arise with customers
  • Provide support and training to sales staff of the distribution partners in order to reach export objectives and develop and maintain professional communication with clients, providing an optimal level of support and customer satisfaction
  • Accompany sales staff of distribution partners into the operation theatre to ensure the correct usage of our products
  • Regular travel to trade‑shows and other events within the assigned territory

Ihr Profil

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in international field, ideally in medical device industry
  • Absolute goal orientation, high level of commitment and solution orientation
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and good German skills would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and convincing personality
  • High willingness to travel, approximately 35%
  • Dedication to the concept of ‘working as a team’
  • Readiness to go the extra mile and to take pride in delivering excellent customer experience
