We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will lead our global marketing initiatives, develop innovative strategies, and drive brand growth across international markets.

• Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals across multiple regions
• Analyze global market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
• Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to different cultural contexts
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and localization of marketing materials
• Oversee budget allocation and ROI analysis for international marketing initiatives
• Partner with sales teams to develop targeted strategies for key markets and accounts
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels and regions
• Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and best practices in international marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international marketing, with a proven track record of successful global campaigns
• Fluency in English and German; additional language skills are a plus
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices
• Experience with market research, data analysis, and consumer insights
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media marketing strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• Deep understanding of global market trends, cross-cultural communication, and brand management
