Your job with us

You will …

  • … review and sort incoming leads, assigning them to the right internal team.
  • … own and achieve sales targets for direct sales of Esders devices to end users worldwide.
  • … conduct presentations and sales meetings with utility and service provider clients to close deals.
  • … actively use our CRM system to track, update and follow up on leads.
  • … monitor and manage incoming sales-related emails on a daily basis.
  • … build and maintain strong relationships with major energy providers and utility companies.
  • … proactively identify new contacts in the gas and water sector, reach out, identify problems, propose solutions and close deals.

You have …

  • … a degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (or proven equivalent such as Ausbildung)?
  • … at least one year of professional experience in sales, internships included?
  • … excellent verbal and written English skills, and ideally speak other languages too?
  • … a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and enjoy taking responsibility?
  • … strong communication and presentation skills, and like connecting with people?
  • … the ability to work in a structured, organized way — even with multiple leads at once?
