Job Description

• Rotational Excellence:
  Immerse yourself in six-month rotations across diverse teams, gaining hands-on experience in operational and strategic roles. Develop a comprehensive skill set while exploring global business practices, positioning yourself as a well-rounded professional ready to excel in the logistics industry.

Candidate's Profile

• Educational Foundation:
  A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, International Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Matters:
  Practical insights gained through internships, apprenticeships, or roles in logistics, ideally in air and ocean freight.
• Language Proficiency:
  Fluency in German and English is essential, and additional language skills are a plus.
• Global Mindset:
  Openness to exploring different cultures and working across national and international locations.

Key figures for the role

• You will begin your 18 month traineeship career with a 40-hour workweek.
• Work in one of our German offices with flexible hybrid arrangements, including two days of mobile office per week (aligned with each station).
• Enjoy 30 vacation days per year to recharge and unwind.
