YOUR TASKS

You will support our technology development team focusing on the impact of MuCell technology on bonding and potting processes. The aim of your work is to identify and assess risks for bonding and potting procedures.

• Introduction to MuCell technology: You will learn about the use of blowing agents in the injection molding process and understand the basics.
• Risk analysis for bonding and potting: Your focus will be on describing and evaluating existing risks for subsequent bonding and potting processes.
• Experiment planning and execution: You will independently conduct experiments using samples and analyze the results.
• Method development: Part of your tasks is to further develop existing methods towards practical relevance.
• Team collaboration: You will work closely with colleagues from various departments and gain insights into interdisciplinary project work.
• Documentation and presentation: You will learn to document your results in a structured way and present them to the team.

START: after arrangement
DURATION: at least 12 weeks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Enrolled student: You are enrolled at a university during your time at HELLA and have not yet completed your final examination.
• Field of study: You study mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, materials science, physics, chemistry, mechatronics or a comparable field.
• Technical skills: You have good knowledge of MS Office and are confident in using email and internet programs.
• Material expertise: Ideally, you have knowledge of polymer materials and electronic components.
• Soft skills: Enthusiasm, team spirit and independence complete your profile.
