Internship Brand Innovation

About this Position

 

What you´ll do

• Actively participate in the innovation processes, new product designs and coordinate running projects
• Scout trends in textures, fragrances, packaging etc. to fuel our innovation pipeline
• Develop new product concepts, packaging ideas and steer creative content creation (e.g. social media and e-commerce)
• Conduct strategic market analysis, staying a step ahead in the industry
  
• Monitor competitors' activities, keeping us at the forefront of market trends and deliver brand reviews and results presentations
• Update and administer standard reporting (e.g. market share report)
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks (because even the coolest innovations need some behind-the-scenes coordination)

What makes you a good fit

• Student in business administration/marketing, with at least a few successfully finished semesters
  
• Previous internships or a semester abroad experience is a plus
• Passion for brand management
• Fluent English language skills, German or other languages are advantageous
• Competent handling of MS Office applications
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
• A team-player who brings independence and ownership to the table
• Self-motivated with a dash of creativity and an open-minded vibe
• Availability as of February 2026, ideally for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between
€ gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on
the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and
existing degrees.
