Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development & Research Intern eager to closely collaborate directly with our Founder and CEO. You'll be actively involved in various strategic initiatives and entrepreneurial projects, gaining hands-on experience in business strategy, market analysis, innovation, and sales in a rapidly evolving AI-focused company.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Research & Innovation: Work closely with the Founder to conduct targeted research and propose innovative ideas that enhance Fyrma's AI offerings.
• Market & Customer Analysis: Assist in evaluating market trends and identifying customer segments, directly influencing our strategic decision-making.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Support lead generation activities, prospecting potential clients, and initiating outreach to expand our customer base.
• KPI Tracking & Reporting: Help in tracking and analyzing key business metrics, supporting data-informed strategies.
• Entrepreneurial & Strategic Initiatives: Directly participate in high-impact entrepreneurial projects under the mentorship of the Founder, focusing on exploring new market opportunities and business model innovations.
• Innovation Workshops: Engage actively in workshops designed to nurture entrepreneurial thinking and develop creative solutions for real-world challenges.
