Internship Customer Engagement

About this Position

Our HCB Experience Centers are state of the
art collaboration platform of Henkel Consumer Brands. Henkel's key account
managers seize the opportunity to invite our global retail partners to our
headquarters at Düsseldorf where global experts join to present our
innovative solutions and expertise in a customized way. 
Beside content preparation, our team
orchestrates the customer visit by coordinating of various stakeholders
from different functions. Hence, we are looking for a new intern to
support our team in 2026 for up to six months.

What you´ll do

• Support the preparation and execution of events with high level stakeholders (live and virtual events)
• Collaborate with our colleagues from different functions (e.g. Marketing, R&D, Digital) to keep our content up to date
• Develop a good understanding of our categories, brands, innovation and areas of expertise and support the organization with content in our management system
• Exchange with our agencies to ensure maintenance of our stations, also new projects must be steered
• Participate in developing new concepts for remarkable presentation means and settings in the center
  

What makes you a good fit

• First semesters of business-related studies completed, focus on marketing or sales preferred
• Prior work experience is considered to be of great advantage, especially former internships in sales, marketing or event management
• Excellent communication skills in English and German language
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially PowerPoint and basic Excel, ChatGPT usage
• High level of soft skills, especially organizational skills and creativity, hands-on mentality and service orientation
• Self-motivated and open-minded team-player with high level of independence
• Good team player with ability to collaborate across different levels and functions
• Availability as of February 2026 for ideally 4 to 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between
€ gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on
the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and
existing degrees.
