Internship Global Consumer

What you´ll do

• Support our global Consumer and Market Intelligence team (Global CMI) in all consumers related business questions supporting long-term category strategies
• Contribute to our AI Knowledge Management Project by helping to structure, curate and maintain global data repository as a source of insights for Marketing and CMI
• Assist in onboarding and engagement activities, including preparing newsletters, training materials, to drive adoption across the organization
• Support success tracking and reporting of the Knowledge Management tool by analyzing user engagement, adoption metrics, and feedback to improve usage globally
• Conduct your own research using Social or other Business Intelligence tools and deriving strategic insights for our Henkel Consumer categories
• Help us drive consumer centricity and competitive intelligence in the organization
  

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully completed the first semesters of a study program in business, market research, psychology, sociology or similar field
• Previous experience in consumer insights, market research, data analytics, marketing and related fields as well as international experience is a plus
• Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
  
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Team-player with high level of independence
  
• Starting as of January 2026 with an availability for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between
€ gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on
the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and
existing degrees.
