In doing so, we work internationally and closely with business, central and decentralized HR departments, our social partners and various divisions of the company. With us, you will find an innovative, open environment, plenty of space for your ideas, continuing education and development opportunities, exciting tasks, an appreciative culture and lots of fun working in a team.**Your tasks** Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship — As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from :* You prepare information and decision documents for HR management and prepare them independently* You take on project management tasks and actively support their implementation* You are involved in the design and implementation of workshops* You assist with administrative and organizational activities as well as with coordinating appointments* You help with the preparation and follow-up of (international) meetings* You research, analyze and address strategic and operational issues* You develop ideas for the digital development of existing processes and support their implementation**Your profile** You are studying business administration, human resources management, business informatics, psychology, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.You also have the following knowledge and skills:* You are comfortable using MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel)* Ideally, you are interested or have initial experience using digital tools (such as Power BI or Power Automate)* You are characterized in particular by your analytical thinking skills, a high level of personal initiative and excellent communication skills* The HR environment is very dynamic: you should therefore enjoy a wide range of tasks, enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and have a high degree of personal initiative* You have a structured way of working and a strong sense of clear communication.
