This Position reports to:

Data Analytics and BI Manager

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's AI vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply programming, data, and machine learning knowledge to solve real-world challenges in intelligent automation and NLP systems.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the development, training, and testing of AI/ML and NLP-based models.
• Assisting in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Contributing to chatbot development, AI-based coding assistive tools, and intelligent scheduling solutions.
• Collaborating with software and UI/UX teams to integrate ML models into applications.
• Documenting workflows, findings, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications for the role

• Ability to demonstrate your experience in developing AI-based solutions including chatbots, intelligent coding systems, and automation tools.
• You have established skills in programming with Python, C, and Java applying data structures, algorithms, and database management using MySQL.
• You possess an enhanced knowledge of PyTorch, NLTK, and other NLP and deep learning libraries.
• You are passionate about innovation and creative problem-solving and captivated by applying AI to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or related field.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
