Tasks

The commercial stream of LH Group’s Technical Fleet Management is responsible for the coordination & procurement of maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO) services for group airlines, overviews technical costs and coordinates harmonization. Join the fleet management team and help us to secure reliable technical services while managing technical costs as one main cost driver of our airlines. You will support our management team and international colleagues across the group airlines in a variety of tasks:

• Support the development of MRO strategies (Risk Management, ESG, Supplier Relationship Management, Market intelligence)
• Conduct Benchmarking across the group airlines and external markets
• Collaborate with stakeholders, create presentations and organize management meetings
• Support the documentation, further development, and visualization of the various MRO processes within fleet management

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in an engineering, business, or related degree program
• You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
• You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
• You are confident in handling MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• You have a good command of English and German and possess strong communication skills
• You are proactive, structured, and have strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
