Would you like to support our Product Management team in Braunschweig? Then become part of a strategic mission to ensure smooth communication processes between the site and the Group regarding all technical and volume-related inquiries The goal is to optimize the utilization of existing production capacities, adjust them in time to changing customer demands, initiate necessary product changes, and acquire follow-up orders—also with a focus on securing employment. Possible Tasks within this Role

• Organizing and coordinating internal committees up to management level
• Assisting with the administration of internal systems and scheduling of appointments
• Preparing minutes, reports, and presentations
• Preparing and following up on workshops, meetings, and team sessions
• Taking on special tasks to support the team

Qualification requirements

• Studierende der Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
• Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
• Deutsch Sprachniveau C1
• Erfahrung bei der Präsentation von Arbeitsergebnissen
