Internship R&D Biomolecular Analysis M/F/D

Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to strengthen our team, within the Biomolecular Analysis Division at Agilent Technologies, located in Waldbronn, Germany. The lab technician will participate in development and validation of novel automated electrophoresis instruments and assays.

Your responsibilities:

• Performing measurements, analyses and interpretation of the data obtained by automated electrophoretic instruments

• Preparation of DNA/RNA/protein samples, separation buffers and their characterization using typical analytical techniques

• Collaborate with R&D Scientist team on development of automated electrophoresis products

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related discipline.

• Skilled in handling chemicals and operating standard laboratory equipment, e.g. pH meter, pipettes, balances

• Knowledge of standard SW tools, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, is required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Precise, reliable, and responsible working style is must
