Internship - Real Estate - Frankfurt - May 2026

Missions:

• Contribute to the execution of Core+ and Value-Add real estate investments in Germany by preparing preliminary and final investment committee papers through the analysis of the commercial, technical, legal, tax and structuring due diligence documents, independent asset and vicinity screening, and operating partner research
• Conduct market research across various asset classes such as multi-family residential, hotel/hospitality, food-anchored retail and serviced apartments/micro living as well as diversified geographical regions across the DACH region
• Assist with financial modelling and deal underwriting processes across various asset classes and usage types.
• Prepare marketing material and client presentations
• Participate in client meetings and management presentations
• Negotiate and execute NDAs and Release Letters for new and upcoming projects

Profile:

• Business Administration / Economics student, preferably with a focus on finance, real estate, or related,
• High analytical ability as well as structured and accurate way of working,
• Experience with MS Office and fluency in English and German,
• Relevant work experience from internships; real estate-specific experience for example in investment banking, investment management, or deal advisory is a plus,
• Demonstrated high level of commitment, versatility, curiosity, determination, and the ability to work in a team environment.
