Internship – XR/VR/MR Training – Implementation & Strategy Start: by arrangement, duration: 6 months

Our cross-functional project team, consisting of innovation enthusiasts, strategists, engineers, pilots and other experts, combines pragmatism and enthusiasm for shaping the future of aviation training with XR (VR/MR/AR) technology.

Tasks

During your internship, you will help shape the future of aviation training with XR technology. You will gain insights into modern learning tools, training concepts and strategic product development while working in a dynamic environment with international, cross‑functional teams in the LAT network.

XR Training Strategy

• Apply methods in strategic and organizational development, change and project management
• Support LAT management and airline partners
• Improve communication and collaboration
• Conduct strategy workshops

XR Training Operations

• Support XR tool implementation and operations across training centers
• Develop processes for engineering, operations and support
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments
• Work with suppliers and airline customers

Requirements

• Enrolment for the full internship period (or gap year). A current enrolment certificate and, if applicable, written proof of compulsory internship must be submitted

• Structured, independent and flexible way of working
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and initiative
• Previous personal or professional experience with XR Technology (VR/MR/AR) is a plus
• Strong interest in aviation topics will make you feel at home immediately
• Very good knowledge of German and English
