Inventory Management Process Champion (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Design and contiuously improve end-to-end inventory management process for Raw Material, WIP, FGI inventory, ensuring to maximize sales and minimize excess and obsolete (E&O), in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure processes are scalable and aligned with business growth and strategic goals.
Develop the process to maintain and adjust buffer inventory based on the alignment with stakeholders, taking risks and opportunities into account.
Provide the tools that enables inventory management process to be implemented effectively and efficiently by collaborating with Business Process Reengineering & Digital Transformation (BPR&DX) team.
Define, document, and maintain inventory management processes, policies, and procedures.
Define KPIs and metrics to measure inventory performance.
Analyze data and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
Ensure inventory practices comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Manage inventory related projects and facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to improve inventory management process.

Your Qualifications
Comprehensive and solid experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or inventory
management (in a complex/global organization, highly preferred).
Capability of data analysis and financial knowledge in inventory management.
Experience in formulating and deploying inventory management process.
Experience in improving operations as key user of inventory management tool (e.g. Oracle,
SAP EWM, or any other ERP/WMS).
Skills of stakeholder management and communication management to effectively collaborate
with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong Leadership and decision-making skills as well as very good analytical skills
Strong communication, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at different
levels and across different teams in English.
Additional Skills Preferred:
Experience with cost simulation tools in inventory management.
Certification such as CSCP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in supply chain.
