Investment Associate- Germany

At Nido Living, we create vibrant student communities across Europe. We are expanding into Germany and seek an Investment Associate to support targeted real‑estate acquisitions.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct financial feasibility studies.
• Build and maintain Excel‑based cashflow models and sensitivity analyses.
• Support the full transaction cycle, prepare investment memoranda, and coordinate with legal and financial advisors.
• Track market intelligence on economic trends, regulations, and sector developments.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams across Europe to align investment plans with strategic goals.
• Build relationships with brokers, developers, and other external partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred A Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (Bachelor’s acceptable with strong experience).
• 5–10 years of professional experience in real‑estate investment, financial analysis, or related roles; experience in student housing highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Result‑driven, self‑motivated, collaborative, and composed under pressure.
