Role Overview

Position: Investment Banking Professional – Independent Contractor, Remote
Commitment: Min: 10 hrs/week, Part-time
Collaborate with a top AI research lab to develop AI systems for investment banking workflows. Train, test, and calibrate AI agents to enhance daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Detail the day-to-day operations of an Investment Banking professional.
• Identify useful information in documents used by other financial professionals.
• Differentiate between public and private financial documents.
• Collaborate with leading AI researchers using your professional experience.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking at firms like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with documents used in capital markets, M&A deal cycles, and transaction processes.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.

Engagement Details

Hourly Rate: $100–$150/hr (USD), depending on experience
Status: Independent Contractor
Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect
Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous - flexible working hours
