International Investment Bank – DACH Investment Banking Analyst & Associate - Frankfurt

I am working with a top US Investment Bank that adding Investment Banking Analysts & Associates into its DACH Investment Banking coverage team in Frankfurt.

This a reputable performing group that is well integrated with it franchise across Europe that is strategically adding to its team as a result of a strong deal flow across Europe. The team is noted for being high performing while maintaining a genuine boutique atmosphere with close proximity to the senior advisors for your continued professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Integral role in the execution and origination of live mandates
• Support the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and client presentations
• Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions
• Conduct in-depth industry, company, and market research to support strategic insights
• Engage directly with clients, investors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Essential requirements

• 1+ years of full-time experience in Investment Banking and/or M&A from a Tier 1 Institution
• Strong technical skills, including financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, Comps, etc.)
• Exceptional academic background from a top ranked college, university and/or business school
• Professionally fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding and intellectually rigorous environment
