Investment Banking Analyst (Healthcare) – Munich

We are currently working with a well‑established mid‑market investment bank looking to hire an Analyst (1–2 years’ experience) into its Healthcare team in Munich.

The platform has a strong European presence and advises on M&A transactions across Healthcare, Industrials, Consumer and Financial Services, with a particularly active pipeline in Healthcare services, pharma and life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Supporting execution of M&A transactions (sell‑side / buy‑side)
• Financial modelling, valuation and analysis
• Preparation of marketing materials (IMs, pitches)
• Industry and company research within the Healthcare space

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in Investment Banking / M&A / Big 4 TS / Consulting
• Solid financial modelling and analytical skillset
• Fluent German and English
