A leading international investment bank is seeking an experienced and driven Investment Banking Analysts & Associates to join its Frankfurt-based team. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-impact transactions, and strong presence across global markets.

This role offers the opportunity to work on complex M&A and corporate finance projects across a range of sectors, supporting clients through strategic decision-making and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the execution of M&A and financing transactions.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation modeling, and market research.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related M&A advisory role.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent academic credentials in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken & written).
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
