As a member of our esteemed Investment Banking team, you will play a crucial role in executing transactions in Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Equity Capital Markets (ECM). Responsibilities:

• Conducting financial analysis, such as financial modelling, valuation, and comparable company analysis
• Preparing presentations and marketing materials for client meetings and pitches
• Assisting in the execution of transactions, documentation, and deal-closing activities
• Conducting industry and company research to support client engagements and business development efforts.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.

Qualifications:

We welcome applications from recent graduates and those with a few years of work experience. The job requires individuals with strong commercial skills, a keen interest in financial markets, and a high ethical standard. Applicants must possess excellent work capacity and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Proficiency in both written and oral communication in German and English is mandatory.
