Investment Banking - Senior Analyst / Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of M&A transactions from origination through to closing.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling (DCF, LBO, comparables).
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
• Perform industry and company research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A focus preferred).
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
