Investment Banking Specialist II

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Contractor to support project-based financial analysis and transaction execution work. This role is ideal for professionals with strong investment banking experience who prefer flexible, remote contract engagements. Responsibilities Include Building detailed financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) Preparing pitch materials, investor presentations, and transaction memos Supporting due diligence processes for M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory engagements Conducting market research, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessments Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Compensation Hourly Rate: $200
