Investment Executive (Full Time - Remote)

We are seeking a motivated Investment Executive to support our M&A efforts. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, Head of Finance, Head of Operations, and Head of Business Development.

Areas of responsibility:

• Sourcing: Identifying new investment opportunities and qualifying inbound leads by meeting entrepreneurs.
• Deal Diligence: Evaluating investment opportunities through market research, product reviews, competitive analysis, and financial diligence.
• Negotiating transactions and preparing investment conclusions and presentations for management.
• Liaising with legal and finance teams to ensure seamless M&A transactions.
• Developing financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions.
• Staying informed on market trends related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Mentoring Analysts and Associates in M&A activities.
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with acquisitions.
• Assisting in preparing fundraising presentations for the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Banking, or M&A.
• Proven track record in building relationships with foreign business executives and managing stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, models, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
