Avant Now is Berlin’s impact-first tech-forward accelerator dedicated to building a more diverse, resilient, and future-ready innovation ecosystem. We support ambitious female founders to achieve their next level from MVP to market and investment readiness.

Despite progress, less than 2% of VC capital in Europe goes to all-female teams. Female founders lack access and are questioned differently, challenged differently, and often expected to prove traction earlier and more rigorously.

We exist to change that dynamic, structurally and individually.

To strengthen our capital access strategy, we are looking for an Investment & Fundraising Success Manager who brings ambition, ownership, and persistence into a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Your Role

You operate at the intersection of founders and capital.

You support teams in becoming truly investment-ready, strategically, structurally, and emotionally.

• You build relationships with investors.
• You prepare founders for serious conversations.
• You track progress until outcomes materialize.

This role requires initiative, resilience, and long-term thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing relationships with VCs, angels, and ecosystem partners
• Supporting pitch decks, financial modeling, and fundraising strategies
• Organizing investor matchings and demo formats
• Supporting founders in preparing for due diligence and negotiations
• Identifying funding opportunities (awards, grants, competitions)
• Monitoring funding progress and reporting impact

Who You Are

You are comfortable in investor conversations.

You understand numbers and narratives.

You operate fluently in English and confidently in German when needed.

You see capital access as a system that can be improved, especially for women entrepreneurs, and you want to actively shape it.

You bring a bachelor and first relevant experience.

You might be junior but you are driven to grow and move fast.
