Investment Manager Real Estate Debt (w/m/d)

The position is aimed at individuals with initial experience in structured financing, ideally in the commercial real estate financing segment. Working closely and directly with the investment managers and management, you will have the opportunity to help shape the further development of a market-leading company in the real estate debt sector and thus make a lasting contribution to the company's continued success.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the investment managers in all aspects of the investment process
• Collaborating in the acquisition, valuation, location analysis, financial modelling and underwriting of investment opportunities
• Preparation of loan proposals
• Collaborating in the preparation of documentation and presentations for the company's investors
• Supporting investment managers in loan negotiations for new and existing business
• Supporting the team in serving institutional clients
• Collaboration with and coordination of external service providers (due diligence, valuation, etc.)

Qualifications

• Completed degree in economics and/or a comparable commercial qualification, ideally with a focus on banking/real estate
  Initial experience in structured financing, preferably with a focus on commercial real estate
• Ideally, you will have some initial experience in the acquisition, analysis and underwriting of investment opportunities.
• Good knowledge of financial modelling
• Very good analytical and mathematical skills
• Good command of written and spoken German
• Very good skills
• Team player with strong commitment and high flexibility, coupled with an independent and results-oriented approach to work
