Investor Relations Analyst - Private Equity

Venture Search is partnered with a blue-chip PE fund, who are looking for an Analyst to join their IR team in Munich. The candidates will support fundraising, LP communications, reporting, and investor due diligence across multiple flagship and sector-focused funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports, capital account statements, and performance analyses
• Draft and maintain investor communications, presentations, and fund materials
• Support responses to LP requests, ad-hoc analyses, and data inquiries
• Assist in the preparation of PPMs, pitch decks, DDQs, and marketing materials
• Track investor pipelines, commitments, and closing processes
• Act as a point of contact for institutional investors (pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, insurers)
• Coordinate investor meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and roadshows
• Maintain CRM systems and LP databases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university
• 1–3 years of experience in IR, Investment Banking, Audit/Transaction Services, or from a Placement Agent. Prior PE exposure is highly preferable
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong project management ability
