Investor Relations Manager (f / m / d)

Your Opportunity

Greenfield has flat hierarchies and you will have touchpoints with every aspect of the investment firm. Youll be the strategic heartbeat of our fundraising efforts by connecting capital with innovation. You are working closely together with Sebastian and Jascha our two Founding Partners. You will play a crucial part of our fundraising process internally and externally. The role is hands‑on with a clear potential to grow.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

Fundraising execution: Work closely with our partners on all aspects of fundraising from strategy to delivery

Fundraising coordination: Be the central connector between internal teams (Investment Marketing Finance) and external stakeholders throughout the fundraising journey

CRM & data ownership: Manage and maintain our Limited Partner database ensuring all investor data and interactions are captured and up to date

Storytelling & materials: Partner with Marketing to craft compelling investor narratives decks and fundraising content

Event strategy & execution: In coordination with the Marketing team select and support executing key investor events Limited Partner (LP) dinners conferences and networking moments

PR & visibility : Plan PR stories around fundraisings in collaboration with Marketing

LP due diligence leadership: Lead the preparation and delivery of LP due diligence materials and communications

Platform oversight: Oversee the onboarding process of LPs and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution

Greenfield representation: Represent Greenfield at relevant industry events conferences and on stage

Investor development: Help build relationships with institutional LPs and contribute to long‑term investor engagement

Requirements

This is you

• A background in Economics Finance Banking FinTech or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in investor relations fundraising or capital markets ideally in VC investment banking private equity or high‑growth startups
• An interest in crypto and Web3 and a desire to work at the forefront of innovation
• Excellent interpersonal skills comfortable working cross‑functionally and externally with confidence
• A structured self‑starting mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
• Enthusiasm for public speaking networking and building community
• Flexibility and willingness to travel enjoying the opportunity to meet people and represent us internationally
