IoT Connectivity Manager

we are looking for a:

IoT Connectivity Manager (m/f/d)

As an
IoT Connectivity Manager
at Hyundai Autoever Europe GmbH, you will be part of our Connected Car IT Team. Your primary responsibility will be service management of connected car solutions the Network IoT automotive technical area and coordinate for the Hyundai/KIA/Genesis connectivity network platforms. Especially You will ensure the successful service (M2M, IoT, wireless, Core network) delivery to the customer of connected car, focusing on vehicle infotainment with telecommunication partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing existing IoT automotive connectivity for Hyundai Group Vehicle in Europe.
• Managing Mobile Network Operator (Technical/Contractual)
• Troubleshooting/analyzing complicated issues (E2E) & providing solutions to ensure connectivity reliability, performance, and security.
• Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
• Managing IoT Automotive Connectivity Request/Incident/Change/Problem, etc.
• Coordinating new IoT automotive features as network environment owner with MNO team, Customer product team, and internal team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or comparable qualification
• 5+ years of experience in Network SME/consultancy
• In-depth understanding of IoT network architecture
• Hands-on experience in M2M platform, Core Network, SMS, SIM
• Professional experience in Mobile Network Operator
• Professional experience with Customer management
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Very good English skills (both spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Connected Car business features (Provisioning/Activation, OTA, eCall, Streaming, IITC)
• Knowledge of On Premise or Public Cloud
• Knowledge of IoT-related connectivity protocols API (HTTPS, TCP/IP, REST, MQTT, WebSocket, Wi-Fi, etc.)
• ITIL ceritificate
• CCNP certificate
