About the Team

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic B2B Salesperson who is driven to create new opportunities and close deals in the IoT industry. The ideal candidate will have gained 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or telecommunications. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive growth by identifying and acquiring new accounts, expanding our customer base through targeted prospecting, leveraging our strong technical services, and delivering tailored solutions that enable our customers to connect devices worldwide seamlessly.

About the Role

  • Prospecting & Business Development – Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the IoT ecosystem through multiple channels, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and social media.
  • Consultative Selling – Use a structured, consultative sales approach to understand each customer’s business priorities and align our solutions to their specific challenges. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to access and influence C-level stakeholders and clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of our offerings to multiple decision-makers.
  • Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, department heads, and internal champions within target organizations. Develop a deep understanding of their decision‑making processes and buying cycles.
  • Solution Presentation – Deliver compelling executive-level presentations and product demonstrations using strong storytelling, business acumen, and financial insight. Clearly communicate the measurable ROI of our solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing – Lead contract negotiations, including pricing and terms, in close collaboration with internal teams and ensure seamless deal closure.
  • Sales Process Management – Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Actively track and report sales KPIs to the leadership team, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.

About You

Must Have

  • Fluent English and German written and spoken
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, in a quota‑carrying sales or business development role, ideally within the telecom, tech, or SaaS space.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6+ months.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and selling to C-level executives (CxOs).
  • Strong drive to learn, succeed, and lead by example.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to empathize, negotiate, and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing full sales cycles through CRM tools and lead prospecting via social media and sales intelligence tools.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, process‑driven, and with strong forecasting discipline.
  • Ability to adapt and iterate sales approaches in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in selling IoT.
  • Good understanding of at least one of these verticals: Payments, Retail Tech, Fleet management, Mobility, Logistics and Asset Tracking, and Connected Consumer Electronics.
