Main Responsibilities

Presale support including quotation, network design, proposal, pre‑sale testing, etc.
Assisting sales management and customers by establishing, developing and closing business opportunities in the field of IP/MPLS solutions, including routers, switches and firewall.
Seeking out, identifying, developing and closing business opportunities with operators.
Collecting and analysing relevant marketing information.
Enhancing customer relationships.
Promoting the full range of Huawei IP products and solutions to targeted customers.
Creating and delivering formal business proposals and presentations.
Identifying key customer requirements and coordinating with post‑sales and R&D to ensure those requirements are implemented in the products.
Identifying, quantifying, and recommending an action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.

Requirements

Good knowledge in the fields of IP/MPLS, Datacom technology (e.g., switch, router, Wi‑Fi, etc.).
At least 5 years of technical pre‑sales or post‑sales experience in Austria; CCIE certification would be a plus.
Ability to understand customer needs to target the desired solution.
Respect and appreciation of customer requirements.
Detailed knowledge of business models and market strategies for management services.
Excellent ability to collaborate with a variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking.
Good presentation, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
Love to work in a multicultural working environment.
Language skill requirement: fluent in both German and English.
