As Information Security Consultant (ISO 27001), you'll play a key role in guiding companies through the process of implementing and maintaining ISO 27001 compliance. You'll work hands-on with customers, help build out our security and compliance offerings, and collaborate across teams to turn complex requirements into practical, actionable solutions. Your mission

• Customer Interaction & Support: Engage with customers and respond to inquiries related to our digital compliance services for ISO 27001.
• Information Security Management Analysis: Assess clients' current security practices and ISMS setups to identify gaps and define the steps needed for ISO 27001 certification or maintenance.
• Risk & Compliance Documentation: Support clients in conducting risk assessments, preparing policies, and fulfilling documentation requirements for ISO 27001.
• Product Co-Creation: Collaborate with our product team to develop new content, workflows, and templates for information security compliance — based on real use cases.
• Knowledge Contribution: Stay up to date with developments in ISO standards and information security best practices, and continuously feed your insights into our platform and knowledge base.

What we are looking for?

• Academic Background: You have a background in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, Law, or a related field, ideally with a focus on compliance, risk management, or data protection.
• ISO 27001 Know-how: You already have knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security management systems (ISMS), or are highly motivated to quickly develop deep expertise.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: You work in a structured way, can simplify complex security and compliance requirements, and are not afraid to dive into detail.
• Customer Orientation: You enjoy communicating with clients and finding pragmatic, user-centric solutions.
• Language Proficiency: You speak and write fluent English & German
