Your Responsibilities :

• Administer maintain and optimize IT infrastructure servers and network environments
• Support continuous improvement of ERP-related processes
• Manage and maintain subsystems and interfaces within the Comarch ERP environment
• Create and update technical and system documentation
• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to internal users
• Contribute to a variety of ongoing IT projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with external service providers

Your Profile :

• Completed IT-related vocational training or degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Several years of hands-on experience in IT systems and ERP administration (experience with Comarch ERP is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of network administration server management and IT security
• Skilled in user support and application troubleshootingAnalytical thinker with a structured solution-oriented and proactive mindset
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills and a hands-on attitude
• Excellent command of German and English
