The newly founded kbo-Donau-Altmühl-Kliniken gemeinnützige GmbH, operated by the Clinics of the District of Upper Bavaria (kbo), took over psychiatric and psychosomatic care in the Ingolstadt region as of January 1, 2026. Our services for adult patients include a 325-bed clinic at our main location in Ingolstadt, day clinic beds in Ingolstadt and Eichstätt, and a wide range of outpatient services. Further expansion in northern Upper Bavaria is planned.

DAKIT Administrator (m/f/d)

• Start date: immediately
• Work schedule: Full-time (38.5 hours/week) / Part-time (min. 80%)
• Work location: kbo-Donau-Altmühl-Kliniken | Ingolstadt | Krumenauerstraße 25

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for all IT users
• Analysis of reported IT issues and on-site resolution
• Installation, setup, support, and relocation of IT end devices and video conferencing systems
• Inspection and replacement of hardware/peripheral devices in the event of a malfunction
• Support and guidance for users in the use of IT systems and company-specific software
• Ticket processing for 2nd-level support requests and assistance with 3rd-level support requests
• Collaboration on projects

Your Profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist – specializing in system integration, application development, or comparable training
• Very good knowledge of enterprise IT landscapes, particularly the client environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to technical changes
• A high degree of personal responsibility and quality awareness
• Goal-oriented, independent, and systematic approach to work, as well as quick comprehension and strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
