IT-Administrator (m/w/d) in Hamburg – Gestalte die IT von Morgen!

We are hagel IT-Services GmbH looking for an experienced IT Administrator in Hamburg. Join us to take responsibility for large IT projects and expand your knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support of servers, storage, network and IT security; manage projects in the Hamburg area.
• Install and administer Microsoft Server and client systems (physical and virtual on Microsoft 365 & Azure); analyze and resolve issues.
• Conceive and maintain all services of a Windows network.
• Source, procure, install and document IT systems per client order.
• Create IT requirement definitions, concepts and security policies; present results to management.
• Implement concepts and advise customers on our services.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as IT Administrator, preferably in an IT system house.
• Good knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• Experience in IT environments with more than 5 workstations and common Windows Server and client operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Microsoft Hyper‑V.
• Excellent service and customer orientation.
• High motivation, communication skills, resilience, confident appearance and teamwork.
• Located in Hamburg or can relocate.
