IT Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a perceptive, creative IT Analyst to oversee the development and implementation of our IT initiatives. The IT Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing functional and cost-efficient IT systems. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem‑solving abilities are essential. If you also have hands‑on experience with technical projects, we’d like to meet you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business processes and requirements.
• Design and develop IT systems to meet specified requirements.
• Implement new applications and provide training to end users.
• Assess system performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to various teams within the organization.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Document IT systems, processes, and procedures for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Monitor changes in technology to discover ways the company can improve and develop.
• Work closely with other IT professionals such as software engineers, data analysts, and network administrators to ensure seamless technology operations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with technical projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Knowledge of IT best practices and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with system integration and data analysis.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA).
