As an IT Application Manager, you will be responsible for the application lifecycle management of our globally deployed applications. You will actively contribute your expertise to drive the further development of our IT solutions, in close cooperation with colleagues from the different departments. For more than 45 years, DSA has been a leader in the development of innovative and customized communication solutions for vehicle electronics. With your commitment, you will help ensure that our modular software and hardware solutions function reliably and that our communication solutions in vehicle electronics remain powerful drivers of technological innovation.

Responsibilities

• Your tasks will include installing, configuring, maintaining, monitoring and servicing our applications.
• You ensure stable and smooth operation during system integrations. In addition, you take care of patch management for servers, hardware and software.
• You analyse and optimise business processes in close cooperation with our specialist departments (FinOps).
• You independently coordinate IT projects with the objective of making processes related to our software applications more efficient.
• In addition, you support the Modern Workplace & Applications team in a variety of tasks to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed training or a degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field.
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in comparable positions.
• You have in-depth knowledge of databases, interfaces and IT infrastructures. You have experience in application management and software solutions.
• You are very familiar with Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies.
• With excellent organisational and time management skills, you work efficiently and accurately even under time pressure and high stress.
• As an analyst, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You value teamwork, and you are able to convince others of your ideas.
• With initiative and foresight, you drive projects forward and actively introduce new approaches to solutions.
• You are business fluent in German and English.
