Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize IBM Technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate with clients and partners to solve challenges, delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
• Work in an agile environment: plan, provision assets, test, migrate to production, and support day‑two operations.
• Conduct and participate in technical solution workshops.
• Build effective relationships at all levels, from engineers to CxOs.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation, curiosity, and initiative, navigating data and people to find solutions.
• Communicate and collaborate across client, partner, and IBM teams.

Preferred Education

• Master’s degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Senior experience in the architecture and development of containerised applications.
• Senior experience as IT architect.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Ansible.
• Holistic view of software engineering.
• Goal‑oriented communication skills.
• Fluent command of written and spoken German (C1) and English (C1).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Conception of Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible or Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with the configuration and use of Red Hat OpenShift Operators (e.g. GitOps, Pipelines, Service Mesh).
• Familiarity with cloud‑native development paradigms and tools.
