Responsibilities

• Primary contact for all audit and certification inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including external auditors, the internal audit team, and the Information Security team.
• Analyse, review and optimise existing end‑to‑end IT processes and map business processes such as employee off‑boarding, change‑management analysis, authorisation processes and monitoring of interfaces, in coordination with auditors and stakeholders.
• Identify missing IT processes, develop and implement them in collaboration with experts and managers.
• Coordinate closely with Business Process Owners (GPOs) to align and improve business and IT processes.
• Develop process and system monitoring together with analytics teams and internal audit, and produce comprehensive documentation of all relevant processes.
• Provide operational support to the audit and internal control teams.

Qualifications

• Successful Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least two years of experience managing IT audits (internal or external) or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external service providers.
• Knowledge of SAP products, preferably S/4 HANA Public Cloud.
• Very good German and English language skills.
