Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible IT Business Architect to join our team at BWI GmbH, responsible for supporting the healthcare sector of the Bundeswehr through modern IT solutions. This role involves analyzing, developing, and optimizing healthcare-related business processes, service, and IT architectures, and participating in the development of requirements for new IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and optimize business processes and IT architectures for Bundeswehr healthcare IT.
• Develop requirements for new IT solutions based on architecture frameworks.
• Model architectures using tools like ADMBw/NAFv4 and Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams and conduct workshops with stakeholders.
• Provide consultancy to Bundeswehr on content and methods.
• Support the implementation of IT projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or healthcare.
• At least 2 years of experience as an architect in application development or integration solutions.
• Proficiency with architecture frameworks and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
