What You Do
Strategic Change Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.
Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers and potential resistance points.
Create and execute communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the rollout process.
Act as a change champion, promoting a positive and supportive environment for user adoption.
Measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives with key performance indicators.

Training & Development:

Design and deliver engaging training programs for end-users, tailored to different skill levels.
Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
Provide post-training support and address user questions.
Continuously improve training programs based on user feedback and evolving needs.

Communication & Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and build consensus.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate documentation of change management, training materials, and user feedback.
Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness, and user adoption rates.

Who You Are

Completed university degree in a STEM field, business informatics, or a comparable field.
Proven experience in IT change management and user training.
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
Experience with developing training materials for diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Language: very good English and German proficiency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Google Workspace or similar cloud based systems.
