Responsibilities

• You are the main IT contact for our current SAP HR Systems based on Successfactors and Zalaris PeopleHub.
• You independently collaborate with the HR team to design, optimize, and implement complex HR processes across multiple platforms (SAP HR, ERP, IDM, Travel, and customer service systems), primarily focusing on time management.
• You take responsibility for coordinating incident resolution among all involved parties and contribute to strategic improvements of integrated HR IT landscapes.
• You drive the analysis, definition and enhancement of HR business requirements, ensuring strategic alignment and efficiency.
• You lead consulting engagements, provide expert support and oversee testing and user training across multiple HR Systems and SAP ERP, shaping solutions that deliver long‑term value.
• Simulation and optimization of complex user processes along an efficient operational value creation process as well as conception, modeling, and implementation of improvement measures.
• Development of solution concepts and functional specification of customer‑specific requirements with the focus on HR.
• Implementation of user training and user coaching as well as supporting tasks during prototyping and testing phases.
• You work together with our external HR IT service provider to help improve the user experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, business engineering, business administration or engineering sciences or have a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience in SAP HR process consulting, including leading complex projects and driving system integration.
• In‑depth experience in at least one major HR Platform such as SAP Successfactors or Zalaris PeopleHub, with a strong understanding of cross‑system architecture.
• Experience in Time Management in combination with interfaces to SAP ERP is a plus.
• Experience working directly with the business counterparts in the HR departments.
• Experience with implementing interfaces between SAP and other IT systems and their technical standards.
• Several years of experience in the implementation of IT projects and change requests.
• Hands‑on mentality with the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, easy to analyze complex issues and to present them clearly and comprehensibly.
• Enjoy shaping and implementing change, characterized by high personal responsibility, goal orientation, conflict handling and willingness to take responsibility.
• Active communication in an international environment, characterized by cross‑divisional thinking in value streams.
• Fluent negotiation skills in English is a prerequisite.
