Are you a tourism professional with an affinity for IT? Or an IT specialist with a passion for tourism? Then we should definitely get to know each other! To strengthen our tourism team, we are looking for an IT Customer Consultant Tourism (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible at one of our locations in Nuremberg, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Vienna or Montréal.

Your Responsibilities

Support customers using our tourism software in Germany and abroad
Advise customers on new features and on the implementation of change requests
Specify customer change requirements for the development team
Prepare offers for customers using our tools and handle billing after order and delivery
Coordinate all related tasks with customers and the development team
Test new software implementations and train your customers
Take responsibility for project management and ensure the success of your customers

Your Profile

Experience in the outgoing tour operator sector, ideally also in the incoming segment
Understanding of IT processes and topics
A university degree in tourism, business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification in the tourism environment is an advantage (but not mandatory)
Very good German skills and preferably good English skills
Enjoy working in an international team
Customer-oriented with a strong focus on finding the best solutions
